I found the resort had a pool that followed the layout, easily accessible. The restaurants within the resort offered a good selection of cuisine variety , and I had a great all-inclusive experience. It was a great way to experience all the amenities.

The leadership team shows no visible presence in the places where the customer experiences the service.

I enjoyed breakfast at the waterfront restaurant daily. It offered first class service. khun pooh ensured i felt comfortable traveling alone. the staff remembered my name, they showed me around the buffet. the vegetables tasted fresh, locally grown, and healthy juice options were exquisite.

i found the lack of visible management presence disappointing. complaints about noise took days for a response, and the issue wasn't resolved. pool tiles were damaged, posing a hazard. sunbeds were broken, some unusable.

the breakfast buffet had a great selection. i especially appreciated the fresh fruits. the hotel offered a range of activities. i enjoyed the bamboo shark sanctuary and the kids movie night. the staff was very polite and helpful. they quickly addressed my requests for transfers and information.

my room had a noticeable mold smell. it made it difficult to breathe comfortably. the air conditioner seemed to contribute to the musty odor. i also found some billing discrepancies at checkout. there was an unexplained donation charge added to my bill.

i stayed here for four days. my elite benefits included a room upgrade. swim-up rooms like 1008 were great. pools are very big.

staff at breakfast werent too happy to bring us coffee to the outside table where we were sitting. the staff just werent pleasant.
