spacious room good job nice view big grounds
the room was spacious. it was a superior double or twin room garden view. housekeeping did a good job. i had a nice view from my room. the room was nicely furnished. the grounds are big. it could be beautiful if better maintained.
Attention to detail is nonexistent in all areas. most of the staff had badges with trainee written on them, so you can only imagine the kind of customer service you receive! the best member of staff was a lady called sandy. She really cares and works so hard.

The hotel features a beautiful pool. I noticed it reached a depth of 2 meters. It's well designed. a free shuttle to the village is available. this makes access to the 7-eleven convenient.

loud air conditioning dirty beach
The breakfast buffet had many choices and good food.
I had a very disappointing experience. Our room looked worn. The sliding doors stuck, and the air conditioning was VERY loud. The beach had trash in the sand and water. It really put me off.

king bed array pillows
the room was very special the king bed offered an array of pillows to choose from. i visited the cape spa for thai massages yuwadi and sriwan provided excellent service. i recommend visiting the spa for any massage of your choice during a stay here.
i found the pool area to be small for a hotel of this size. the limited number of sunbeds were usually occupied early in the morning. it was challenging to find a spot by the pool after breakfast.

ocean view dining needs
I enjoyed the suite upgrade with its ocean view. Alexandra at reception arranged it. The staff at the Andaman Cafe were lovely. Lisa, Aon2, Bew, Jenny, and James took care of my dining needs. The food was AMAZING!!!
The hotel manager really doesn't care and is rude if you have a grievance. Keep all receipts and photograph anything that goes wrong.

this hotel became the perfect backdrop for our anniversary. the private beach offered serene moments just for us. staff anticipated our needs making the stay seamless. returning to celebrate here was like coming home to a dream.
the walk from our room to the main facilities sometimes felt a bit long especially during the hottest part of the day i wish there was more frequent shuttle service.
