i found the hotel grounds beautifully maintained i noticed the staff was always polite and eager to assist guests they promptly addressed any concerns i had the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable i appreciated the daily cleaning service i encountered no disturbances i even forgot a pair of sunglasses the staff found them before i left and returned them to me

i liked the breakfast it had many options i saw gluten-free pancakes and bread available the restaurant offered a diverse menu the staff accommodated dietary needs with options.

the hotel is set in a hilly area i saw the concierge provided transport around the resort i noticed shuttle services ran to the beach i used a shuttle for easy transport to the town center.

staff members were friendly and spoke english well i observed their attentiveness and willingness to help i appreciated their quick responses and effort i felt well taken care of during the trip.

there are five pools at the hotel i tried a few and liked them the pool bar offered cocktails and lunch options i used the shuttle within the resort i also visited the spa.
