the ocean view from the breakfast area increased my appetite. live music played during breakfast and in the evening.. it was a nice touch. the hotel offered a pick-up and drop-off service from phuket airport, which i recommend.

the air conditioning in my room did not work very well. monkeys made a mess on my balcony at night. i had some difficulty getting to my room at first, but the staff was helpful with directions.

I booked the Ocean View Pool Villa. The view was amazing. I swam in the pool and felt totally relaxed. Breakfast had traditional music, it was lively. The staff are all super friendly and very helpfull.

The transport to restaurant was a little inconvenient.

The location seemed like paradise. At night it seemed very romantic. The hotel's private port offers access by private boat. The grounds feature carved wood on buildings and the island itself is fine.

Breakfast was great with a live traditional music. The restaurant offered lovely choices. Lunch at the beachfront restaurant had perfect atmosphere. The food was good and being by the beach, I didn't needed leave resort.

The grounds are lovely with beautiful wood carvings everywhere. I appreciated the nature around the beach. The staff delivered food directly to my villa. The traditional Thai decor enhanced the overall experience.

The wait times for vehicles sometimes reached 15 minutes.

The location offers beautiful views from the room. The sunsets were visible every day.

Ordering food required scanning a QR code. This felt impersonal and slowed service unnecessarily. Staff did not offer assistance with the menu. I found it inconvenient.
