a luxurious stay surrounded by nature

botanical garden spacious room attentive staff

the grounds resembled a botanical garden, showcasing excellent pools within a beautiful setting. the rooms were spacious , comfortable, and offered privacy. the staff showed kindness and attentiveness from our arrival. the food was authentic , fresh, and tasty.

the resort has stairs everywhere and this was difficult to navigate , especially getting to the bathroom in the main lobby area. i wish there had been a clearer indication of the hotel layout beforehand.

The tropical scenery created a immersive experience. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! The buffet offered a wide variety of options. The pool and jacuzzi were good. I spent most of my time there. I loved how the hotel area was so suited to relaxation and leisure.

There were slight delays when waiting for the buggy car service.

missing view bland food

The setting among the hills was acceptable.

The spa also couldn't accommodate pregnant women. This seems odd for a place that claims to have well-trained therapists. The food for dinner was a letdown, quite bland, really.

The staff were always super helpful . the buggy service compensated for some longer walks around the hotel. i found a beautiful view from my balcony. It was a treat. the location close to waterfalls was also very convenient.
