Ratilanna Riverside Spa Resort offers 480 m2 of infinity pool space alongside guest rooms furnished with traditional Lanna décor and wooden accents. Each room includes a flat-screen TV with home theatre system, a DVD player, and a bathroom with a flat-screen TV mounted by the bathtub. The bathroom also features a separate rain shower stall and complimentary aromatherapy toiletries.

Mira Terrace Restaurant serves a breakfast buffet and international à la carte dishes in indoor or outdoor dining areas. the staff were helpful and attentive to all our needs. we particularly enjoyed the ample buffet breakfast with a wide array of thai and continental options. the large gift shop offered diverse souvenirs (i bought a lovely scarf).

i found the pool a bit too cold for a comfortable swim .

our beautiful double room balcony was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable king-size bed. the room included a separate seating area, a writing desk, and a private balcony offering a view of the gardens.

mixed feelings about my stay

noisy road unavailable room

the pool area was peaceful and the water features masked city sounds.

my booked beautiful king room was unavailable upon arrival. i had to spend the first night in a twin room facing a noisy road, it was not relaxing at all. an upgraded room was also on the ground floor, right next to the kitchen area, so i asked to move to another room with a smaller bathtub.

noisy air conditioning stained bathroom floor

Our Beautiful Double Room Annex had issues. The air conditioning made a weird noise all night. It was hard to sleep well. The bathroom wasn't very clean. I saw some hair in the shower and some stains on the floor. the breakfast buffet ran out of croissants early. They didn't refill them quick enough. I expected a better experience.
