i used the shuttle service frequently it was prompt when i called. the rooms had a daily cleaning service and the staff was thorough
some flies were present at the breakfast buffet a minor issue given the outdoor setup

fine decorproactive team
the hillside cottage was beautiful with fine décor, it honestly looked brand new! check-in was smooth, the staff were helpful, and they assisted with our bags via shuttle to the cottage. breakfast offered a good selection, with all food covered, even with some expected flies. the hotel shuttle provided seamless transport into town, the reception team even proactively called to confirm our shuttle to the reception area.

the resort features efficient shuttle cars for transport within the large hotel. there is a free shuttle bus available to patong beach at scheduled times. motorbikes taxis are available outside the resort offering quick access to the beach, just a short five-minute ride.

the breakfast setup includes both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. the room service offered burgers with good-quality meat. i found a satisfactory variety of options to choose from, even though the breakfast was average overall.

the room was spacious, clean, and featured a comfortable bed. the balcony offered an excellent view. i had a private jacuzzi on the balcony , providing an amazing view during relaxing moments.

Comfortable Stay in a Well-Located Hotel

I found the air conditioning units worked effectively in the room. There were several well-kept pools available, it allowed for relaxed swimming. I used the scooter hire service provided by the hotel. It was useful for local transport. The hotel offered a free shuttle to Patong Beach and Jungceylon Mall. It increased convenience.
I noticed some tiles missing in one of the pools, it was a minor issue.

Staff members at reception were helpful with check-in and also with general inquiries. Staff exhibited politeness. They were patient when I had questions. A bartender near the restaurant offered quick service. He was always available.

quick shuttlestylish decor
The hillside cottage had beautiful views. The decor looked new and stylish. Check-in occurred smoothly and I was helped with luggage via a shuttle to the cottage. The shuttle arrived quickly when I requested it to go to breakfast or the pool.
