the staff was helpful and kind, i suppose. free shuttle to the beach was available, which i didn't use but its good.
my first impressions weren't that great to be honest. the reception had signs asking for reviews to get a free inhaler so i were suspicious that maybe the positive reviews weren't genuine. the room itself was okay i guess. the bed is right in the middle so the room feels a little cramped.

The architecture was amazing with beautiful landscaping. I especially liked the two pools. the staff promptly arranged for a doctor to see my ill sister-in-law in her room. the cooking class i took with my brother was well-organized and informative.
There was a faint smell in the room upon arrival. I believe the hotel is addressing this issue.

my room had star like ceiling lights. I also enjoyed the vast breakfast options. Every staff member said hello to me.
the strong smell of perfume in rooms became overwhelming. i opened the windows and ac to fix it. it masked other smells.
