attentive service genuine care enhanced experience

i found neil and beverly offered really good service . neil was consistently attentive, guaranteeing my comfort. beverly's responsiveness was particularly excellent, she addressed all requests promptly and with genuine care. their commitment enhanced the experience at this hotel.

i noticed the food hall had a canteen-like atmosphere. this affected the overall dining experience! though the staff was attentive, the ambiance was not ideal for a relaxed meal.

the staff at the breakfast buffet was amazing. joan and shem were helpful and kind. i found the breakfast buffet to have a delicious variety of options. the resort size.

An Acceptable Experience

breakfast selection friendly staff food quality disruptive noise

The breakfast selection offered a good variety of choices. The staff members were friendly and provided assistance when I made a request. The convention ballroom was spacious enough to host large events. It was appropriate for gatherings.

The toilet flush required repairs on multiple occasions . Hallway noise at night was disruptive, as the door was not soundproofed. I found the noise level quite irritating. The food quality was below par, especially given the above-average prices.
