The location was directly on the west beach. the room included a separate shower and tub. the breakfast buffet had a large variety of food, including thai options. an egg preparation station. i found the staff to be very kind. Na at the front desk was always helpful.

The cleaning was not thorough. I noticed sand and dust under the sofa.

I found the room spacious and comfortable. The free minibar was a great perk. Breakfast offered a lot of variety, and I particularly appreciated the nice prices in the restaurant. The staff was very helpful and cute when I checked in. Made a difference.

The longtail boat operators were not particularly friendly. They seemed business-focused.

The pictures are deceiving, i believed i was going to paradise. my cottage was near the pier, a ten-minute walk from the beach. getting back at night meant a long detour because the tide made the direct path impassable. the room was dark and old. The air conditioning was so loud that sleep without it was impossible. With it on, it was still difficult.

i enjoyed the location. the pool overlooked the west beach with a decent bar. sunsets were lovely, i must say. our room was spacious with a nice bathroom too. the short buggy rides around the resort were convenient.

the outside space was never really cleaned, so that was a bummer.
