The location is close to the main street with restaurants and shops! you can walk or take a tuktuk. I liked that the room included spa options with cheap prices
the pool area felt quite small. the rooms had a slight damp feel. but the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.

The pools were nice. I noticed good sunbeds were available. there was evening live music in the restaurant. i liked that the buffet had good variety and changed daily. Drinks could be ordered on request.
Reception staff were not too friendly. i ordered a taxi from them, and it was very expensive. the gym was a bit disappointing. Most of the machines were broken and unusable.

I found the room very spacious. I stayed in a premier king and it easily accommodated all my luggage. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
The gym felt a little small. I wished there were more machines available.

fantastic pools and perfect beach access
clean room buffet breakfast family pool delicious food
the hotel room was huge and very clean i found the buffet breakfast amazing with fresh fruit and a huge selection i loved the two pools one suited for families and the other by the beach club was perfect i enjoyed eating twice at the delicious beach bar.
the gym is tiny and smells of damp i could never use it because kids were usually playing there this was like a hotel for families with money to burn not relaxing always obeying rules

I really loved that the hotel is beachfront, providing direct access to the sand. the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the pools are fantastic, especially for families, and it's nice there is a lifeguard present. i thought the location was amazing. It was a short walk to nearby restaurants and shops.
the elevators sometimes took a little while to arrive. but i did not wait too much.

I found the location convenient. The hotel is directly on the beach and near many restaurants. the staff were generally friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile. i especially appreciated the large swimming pools and the overall relaxed atmosphere it was maintained.
finding an available sunbed by the pool proved challenging, as many guests reserved them early.
