noisy air conditioningfew beach loungers
I was frustrated by a few things. the air conditioning was really noisy. It kept me up. more annoying, i actually had to turn off the fridge to sleep!!! the beach loungers were scarce. i saw people arguing over them. one whole day i spent under a tree with just a towel. i did expect more after the price i paid for 3 nights.

i enjoyed the spacious room. the shower worked well. a walking closet was also a big plus.
the staff was okay but not super friendly. breakfast had a lot of flies around the food and at the tables.
The resort features a private beach. I used two swimming pools . The hotel provides free bike rentals, and it was perfect.
The robes provided was old. The slippers were poor quality. Breakfast was mediocre at the restaurant.

the villa was super clean it had every modern comfort i could wish for. the marine discovery centre offered activities for adults and children. lunch at tom yam restaurant was superb staff were very attentive.
the check in process was not efficient i waited an hour for my room to be allocated. the boat had to be anchored 200 meters from the reception it took 45 minutes to collect my luggage. this was inconvenient after a long journey.
