A FANTASTIC stay!

Our time there was wonderful! I especially loved the infinity pool. The views are unreal. Breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). We had a minor issue with the safe, but maintenance fixed it FAST. Staff. I can't wait to return!
The location is a little removed from the main tourist areas, so transport is sometimes required.

The hotel features two large pools with plenty of sun loungers. I think there were at least 50 around the main pool. A fitness center includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I saw several guests using it each morning. There is also a kids' club with scheduled activities throughout the day.

The hotel is set back a little from the busiest part, it allowed for a more relaxed atmosphere. While the main attractions are not right outside the door, they are still easily accessible. The walk to the main area takes about 20 minutes, but it is straightforward.

The room was well-appointed with a king-size bed and a separate seating area. It felt spacious. I noticed the room included a mini-bar stocked with drinks and snacks, as well as a coffee machine. The bathroom featured both a rainfall shower and a handheld showerhead.

Housekeeping maintained high standards, with daily cleaning. turndown service. The concierge was very helpful arranging excursions and providing information about the local area. Room service was prompt and efficient. I ordered late one night and it arrived quickly.

The location offered a amazing view. I spent hours just gazing at the sea. My room was quite spacious and included a very comfortable bed. Breakfast offered an amazing variety, I tried so many different things each morning.
The hotel layout was confusing. I often found myself wandering around trying to find my way back to my room. The cleanliness in the bathroom was below what I expected. I noticed some dirt in the shower. I also had issues with the housekeeping service. The mineral water was not always replenished automatically.

The buffet breakfast was AMAZING!!! the variety was fantastic and everything tasted so fresh. the staff were so attentive, always making sure everything was perfect. i especially loved the omelets station. The chef made my mornings so much better!
the gym's air conditioning seemed a bit weak during peak hours, making workouts slightly uncomfortable.
