the boat suite design felt amazing, with a comfortable layout. the staff, especially tamarind and baw, were very kind. our access to the level offered wonderful complimentary cocktails overlooking the beach. they helped us immediately when we had a medical emergency.

the shuttle service came with a fee, it seemed a bit petty given the cost of accommodation.

the breeza breakfast has live omelette stations plus dragon-fruit towers. the club lounge provided fresh spring rolls from dawn until dusk. i liked the acai bowls made to order and the satay skewers.

the hotel is on a beach with easy access to other areas. complimentary shuttles went to chaweng night market every two hours. the island hopping was effortless, it felt perfect.

The hotel features a beautiful, well kept garden that creates a special atmosphere. The grounds and surrounding areas are interestingly designed. The sandy beach is close by. there is a 7/11 store nearby, convenient. The room was spacious with a large terrace..

On arrival, the hotel lacked staff to greet guests at the entrance. I had to carry my own suitcases in. The decking area in the Level lounge needs an upgrade. The boards were uneven. The cushions on the seating were stained and looked old.
