The staff was very helpful and friendly. My room had a balcony and was wonderfully large. The restaurant served nice meals (I especially enjoyed the local dishes).
The hotel is slightly old and not very clean. The rooms were well-cleaned, but the hotel surroundings were not fresh. Breakfast was average, and the service was also average.

The spa services were wonderfully relaxing and the flower bath was quite amazing. morning yoga sessions set a lovely tone for the day. i liked our suite location close to the restaurant and yoga room. It was convenient. breakfast was a true delight, with the option to order as many entrees as desired and the attentive staff even delivered extra food to our room when we needed to rush for a tour.

The main pool was beautiful and not too crowded. yoga sessions were available most days and were great for beginners. the free shuttle to town ran hourly, very useful for visiting the local market. This also helped reduce any need to use grab.

the setting is quite peaceful, surrounded by nature! the shuttle into town was very handy. while it is outside the main town, it's an easy walk to several good restaurants, and the hotel offers convenient drop-off and pick-up services.
