i had a junior suite pool access room. breakfast was great and delicious. the water pressure was fine i dont know why people complain. the a/c stopped once but it was fixed quickly.
my room wasnt cleaned for the whole stay.

The suite was spacious! Two balconies added great space (one off the lounge and a smaller one off the bedroom). I loved the huge bath and separate shower. A full-size fridge and cozy couch. Outdoor furniture, including a drying rack, was a great addition for drying wet clothes.
The gym was being renovated so it had floor damage.

The restaurant offered decent food. The buffet breakfast was plentiful (especially if you love variety!). There were European and Thai options available.

The pool was on the roof! We spent plenty of time up there lounging and drinking cocktails. The sky bar added a touch of glamour to our evenings.

the housekeeping was bad. they didnt replace coffee, sugar, or water. its not hard to do! i also saw lots of bird poop all over my outside area. nobody cleaned it. breakfast wasnt good either.

The staff were helpful. The rooftop pool was nice, I liked the view of the beach.
I was not happy with the room. There were ants. I found them in the bathroom and near the bed. The food was disappointing, it was not what I expected for the price, and the quality was not very good.

I was charmed by the friendly service. Wendy and the management were super accommodating, they assured my comfort. I enjoyed the rooftop pool and the dry sauna. The location allows walking to the beach. I would return for sure.
The shower drainage was slow. An unpleasant smell was there and water was still there after each shower.

The rooms were spacious. I found them to be clean upon arrival. The location is advantageous, providing easy access to nearby attractions. I especially appreciated being a short walk from the beach (it took about five minutes).
The gym requires some improvement. I noted that it was adequate, but not really good. The laundry service seemed overpriced (I compared it with off-site alternatives) and this impacted the overall value.
