friendly staff daily cleaning clean water unclean bed many mosquitos damp room
i adored how friendly the staff was, always ready with a smile. the cleaning was very good everyday, my room felt refreshed. the pool was so nice to swim in with such clean water. the location was so close to everything i needed.
i think there was many mosquitos. I got bit a few times. the room felt a little damp which wasn't the best feeling.

beautiful grounds clean pool helpful staff
I found the grounds beautiful, they have two nice and clean pools. there were plenty of sun beds available. the staff were really good. They answered all my questions and gave good advice! it was only a short stroll to the beach.
My room was ok, though a few fellow travelers had issues with mold! i didn't sleep well because my room overlooked a large parking lot. it was surrounded by bars with club music until about 3 am. It was not very relaxing.

rainfall shower complimentary flip flops room safe
I adored the room. the beautiful twin or double room offered so much space. i found the rainfall shower refreshing!!! the hotel provided complimentary flip flops, really nice of them. i appreciated having a safe in the room. It let me relax.
The pool bar closed quite early. I wished it had stayed open a bit later.

amazing stay with excellent service
easy walk good breakfast useful plug quick service
i loved the location near Bangla road and the beach both were an easy walk. the breakfast had many options i appreciated this variety. our room included a mosquito plug which was useful for keeping bugs away. the staff quickly brought extra towels upon request i really appreciated that quick service.
the drink options at the resort bars were not always cold i needed to ask for an ice bucket each time i ordered a beer.

the staff were polite and helpful they were always available when i needed assistance. all my requests were handled with speed and care i felt very supported. the reception staff was so kind, giving the best service possible.

the resort includes two swimming pools with pool bars i spent a lot of time in the water. gardens are big with many plants there were lots of spots to relax. the hotel is very quiet despite being close to the center.

our room had a great size it had plenty of space for our luggage. the provided flip flops and robes were a nice touch it was very useful to have them. we received two water bottles daily from the staff this kept us well hydrated.
