beachfront restaurant excellent service thai omelette bad wi-fi small gym rotten plank
i really loved the beachfront restaurant. mukii and vishal gave excellent service. they even helped customize a thai omelette. it was wonderful!
the wi-fi was quite bad. the gym was quite small too. the swimming pool's wooden planks were rotten

hot food beautiful pool good location
Yang and chan provided lovely, hot, and well-priced food service in the diner. I appreciate that. the location is very good being next to the beach and close to the center. the swimming pool is large and very beautiful too.
the front desk staff seemed totally unfriendly to me.

excellent service convenient location
I enjoyed the live band and the ambiance at the restaurant. Chan, our waitress, provided excellent service. The location is convenient, and the hotel offers amenities that one might need.
The check-in process felt impersonal, with too much focus on potential charges for missing items. The reception did not seem to care about the noise issue.

prompt service effective air conditioning secure safe dark blackout curtains
I appreciated the room service, prompt and efficient. i found the air conditioning to be effective, maintaining a comfortable temperature in the room. the in-room safe provided added security for valuables. the blackout curtains were effective. They helped ensure a dark room for restful sleep.
the television remote control had worn buttons.

fantastic stay!
thoughtful gesture spacious room
the breakfast box was a thoughtful gesture when i left early for a trip, though i did need to collect it. the front desk staff were cute, especially tak. restaurant and bar staff, notably gunny, were accommodating. the room was spacious and clean, offering a lovely pool and distant sea view.

loud music unreliable wifi
I was disappointed by the loud music at night. It echoed through the hotel until midnight (the booming noise was AWFUL). the wifi didn't work when I arrived. It was a frustrating start to my stay. I feel they could manage the noise better and ensure the wifi is reliable for all guests.

hard bed missing souvenirs
I was disappointed by a few things. The hard bed gave me a backache after only two nights. It was really uncomfortable. Also. Some small souvenirs disappeared from my room! I only noticed after I got home. But I know they were there the whole time. It was upsetting, especially since I had left a tip for housekeeping.
