the hotel aesthetic impressed me with its stylish design and well-kept appearance. i enjoyed very good food, especially the handcrafted cocktails available at the bar. the all-inclusive option was worth it because it covered most expenses. the staff were nice and provided consistent service, and there was always some kind of entertainment available, nice staff

i noticed that the floor was not completely clean.. my feet darkened from walking barefoot indoors.

the resort location was beautiful, and it offered a serene environment for a relaxing getaway.

the all-inclusive package was not as comprehensive as advertised (i had to look for the red stars on the menus). some of the wait staff were not very attentive, i had to flag them down or go to the bar myself to get another drink.

the resort provided seamless arrival and transportation, including alternative arrangements due to the tide! the staff at reception demonstrated friendliness and a genuine willingness to assist, even when facing language differences. the rooms were spacious and recently refurbished, with comfortable beds with good mattresses and pillows. the air conditioning functioned effectively, ensuring a comfortable environment, though it could be a bit noisy for light sleepers.

i found that the beach near the hotel lacked crystal clear water! it was murky and not ideal for swimming. water shoes are essential due to the presence of fish, crabs, and jellyfish.

i really enjoyed my stay! we got upgraded to a beautiful 3-bedroom villa. it felt spacious plus it was perfectly clean.

the boat transfer to the mainland required a ticket, it caused a bit of inconvenience. i wish i didn't have to pick up the speedboat ticket every time.
