Great stay overall
helpful staff immaculate rooms relaxed atmosphere private beach
I found the staff very helpful . The rooms were immaculate, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I especially enjoyed the private beach access.
I noticed the in-hotel prices were quite high, which i expected (everything is expensive there).

The swimming pools included a nice view of the sea. The hotel provides a kids club. The hotel also includes a private beach and beautiful gardens. I saw staff maintaining it.

I found the breakfast buffet had a generous and flavorful spread. The tide restaurant offers very friendly service. There was indian food which tasted pretty good (i liked it!).

The hotel had idyllic settings close to the sea. The resort beach view is amazing. The hotel offered buggi rides making it easy to explore the big hotel.

The staff were all helpful. I found the concierge staff very attentive. The hotel offered us drinks at Breeze Lounge as a token of apology for small isssue with rooms. That was generous.

convenient location multiple pools spacious room missing towels cold air conditioning repetitive food
The location was convenient to nearby attractions. there were multiple pools to choose from which was nice. i especially appreciated the spaciousness of the king room patio. It was quite comfortable.
Housekeeping did miss replenishing the small towels one day. the breakfast area felt too cold because of the air conditioning. i found the indian food served daily at breakfast repetitive. I wished there was more variety.

The hotel felt a bit tired. the rooms seemed like they hadn't been updated in a while. i found some chipped furniture and stained upholstery . it seems upgrades are needed to match the price point, and some areas definitely lacked the sparkle expected from a hotel in this category. It could use more attention to details.

i recently enjoyed a good stay. complimentary breakfast for two was a welcome benefit. the hotel upgraded me to a king room patio, which i appreciated. late checkout was granted, so i could relax a little longer.

meat presentation missing salmon
i must say, our stay wasn't as flawless as i anticipated. the breakfast buffet, while extensive, lacked some finesse. the presentation of the sliced meats was unappealing, and the absence of smoked salmon, a staple at other hotels, was disappointing. a bbq by the pool would have been nice too, but there were no outdoor dining options.
