the cleanliness and spaciousness of the suite impressed me. food and drink options are abundant and of high quality! the staff displayed really good politeness and were very helpful. i really appreciated the quick resolution of any minor issues.
one very minor issue was that some areas could use a little updating.

the fitness center includes three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights, great for a workout. also, there is a large swimming pool that has twenty loungers and a shaded area, so you can relax easily.

outdated rooms temperamental heating
the gym had new equipment and many options for strength and cardio.
the rooms felt outdated. the shower had temperamental heating (it was hard to get the temperature right). we couldn't book the a la carte restaurants at the times we wanted, and the buffet food was the same each day.

Was really nice
excellent food special breakfast lively poolside efficient service
I really enjoyed the food at La Turca. It was consistently excellent. Irshad Osama took great care of us during meals. Moses made breakfast special with a strawberry and banana smoothie. Frederick at the swim-up bar kept the poolside experience lively. His service was efficient and polite.
The hotel is needing some refurbishment to equal other amazing five stars properties. Furniture are very old and has not been changed.

Our Beautiful Room Sea View included a large balcony with seating. It has an very nice view. The room features a king-size bed with quality linens and many pillows. The bathroom included Molton Brown toiletries and fluffy towels.
