totally amazing stay!
sumptuous breakfast friendly staff gorgeous garden amazing ride
i got a room with al ain view it was awesome the breakfast was sumptuous i really enjoyed the variety the staff was so friendly and ready to help i loved it. the garden area is so well kept i want to thank the teams who work out there it's gorgeous. the club car drivers were great to get a ride around the beaches and gardens was amazing. we watched the manchester game and they won so it was a bonus

the hotel is close to the marina it provides easy access to the waterfront activities and attractions and many dining options are nearby so it made exploring very convenient and fun.

the breakfast buffet has many choices and it's so delicious the underground pub is also wonderful with friendly service and a nice atmosphere i thought it was the best.

the staff really were really good they were very helpful and attentive throughout my stay. the housekeeping team kept my room super clean with the room service i never wanted for anything .

freshly made eggs children's pool partial sea view
I stayed in a tower family room, a larger guest room with two twin beds and a partial sea view. the breakfast had lots of choice and freshly made eggs. the pool was great. The children's pool had slides.
the location is at the end of the jbr, it's a bit further away from the busy area though it is still close to a supermarket, 24 hours a day.

a balanced stay
helpful staff great location poor choices building work
i thoroughly enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff. everyone was lovely and attentive. the location, at the end of the jbr, was a bit further from the busy area, about a 20 minute walk. a 24-hour supermarket was nearby.
The all-inclusive option wasn't great, food choices were poor, and breakfast was disappointing. i reminded me of i was ripping them off when asking for a drink. i was once refused a drink because i had a little bit left in a glass! there was building work next door. This was noisy and completely blocked what should be lovely beach views

Fantastic stay!
private beach attentive staff convenient location
I enjoyed access to a private beach. The staff were very attentive. Housekeeping kept my room clean with fresh towels daily. The location offered convenient access to various attractions.

My Club Oceanfront room included complimentary access to the Executive Lounge and afternoon tea. It was a GREAT addition to the experience. The room also featured a king-size bed, ensuring a restful sleep and included a spacious bathroom. It had ample space for luggage.

The hotel features several dining options, including a steak house and an Italian restaurant. I found both to be excellent. I appreciated the variety of cuisines available. The food was AMAZING!!! The service in the restaurants was prompt and courteous.

The resort features multiple pools, including an infinity pool, which provides fine views. The gym is well-equipped with treadmills and weights. I enjoyed the easy access to the private beach, a HUGE plus.

fast check-in fine view private beach
i landed and the check-in process was super fast i got a tower oceanfront room. my room had fine sea views i could see everything so clearly. the private beach access was also a huge plus i loved being able to just walk right out there anytime.
the elevators were occasionally slow so i had to wait a little longer sometimes
