The staff greeted us warmly from arrival with Suma, the driver, to Laura checking us in. Luna from Guest Services ensured perfection throughout our stay. All staff members were caring and happy to help. I found the rooms very spacious, serviced twice daily, and stocked with complimentary drinks and water..

The sunbeds looked dirty and quite used. I also noticed some loose tiles in the swimming pool and a slight odor on the towels.

The hotel offers an excellent rooftop pool. It overlooks a wooded valley, providing fantastic sunset views. I particularly enjoyed the fire dance show one evening, it included a barbecue dinner on the rooftop. The show was beautiful and the food was delicious.

This is a beautiful location. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The presentation of food was really good (i loved it). I appreciated the quick arrangement of a driver and guide who allowed me to see everything I wanted.

The sunbeds near the pool seemed worn. Some tiles were loose in parts of the swimming pool. The towels sometimes had a slight musty smell (they were not dried well).

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. they assisted me with organizing transportation and providing information i needed. the rooftop infinity pool was a highlight for me. the views of the surrounding area are very nice from there.

The cost of transportation arranged through the hotel seemed quite high. i noticed similar services offered nearby were much cheaper. the air conditioning in my room blew directly onto the bed. This made it difficult to regulate the temperature. also, the room became very hot when i left and removed the key card.

the staff was cute from arrival. the location is amazing, close to the monkey forest. i found the pool very nice with a lovely view. breakfast was generous, with a large variety. i love that i could have it any time of the day. this flexibility made my mornings relaxed.
