i stayed in a premier room. the room had two separate sinks. a rainfall shower was included. the gym has three treadmills.

the beach felt a little too small considering the amount of guests.

fantastic stay!

amazing service smiling staff fantastic service hard work

I appreciated the amazing service i received. the staff was always smiling and ready to help. special shoutout to yunus and sandesh who provided fantastic service near the pool. They worked so hard in the sun! the lifeguard thanu and asanka princely also. overall, i enjoyed the wonderful hospitality!

The only slight issue i noticed was that the room seemed to have lost a bit of its initial shine. It still was clean though.

The service team offered quick assistance when i needed help with my luggage. They were very efficient. staff members at the reception were always ready to answer questions and provide directions. their responsiveness added to the experience.

The hotel offers easy access to the beach, only a few steps away from the lobby. It was so convenient! there are several shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. this accessibility made exploring so simple and enjoyable.

The hotel features a lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. I was always able to find a spot. the gym is well-equipped with treadmills, bikes, and weights, so i did not miss my work outs. it was easy to stay active!

The beautiful king room palace view featured a comfortable king-sized bed with soft linens. I slept so well! the bathroom included two separate sinks and a spacious rainfall shower. the view from the room overlooked the palace.

warm kitchen buffet variety friendly staff small pool unfriendly receptionist bad service

anita from artisan kitchen, she were very warm. the open buffet has alot of varieties for dinner and breakfast. the beach is nice. the staff its friendly.

the baby pool is very small, there is need to extend it. rose at the pool reception isn't friendly. the inchecken did not go as it should.

I stayed in a Beautiful King Room Palace View. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The Artisan Restaurant had a wide selection of cuisine including Arabic salads and Indian specialties.

the breakfast buffet offered a satisfying variety of options.

my room, a premier room, had maintenance issues. the air conditioning unit emitted a constant loud noise. additionally, the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, resulting in a musty odor during my entire stay.

the food tasted good. the location was quite good.

The room felt colder than expected upon arrival. It also had a weird smell, and no mini bar was available. the wifi was not working
