I appreciated the amazing service i received. the staff was always smiling and ready to help. special shoutout to yunus and sandesh who provided fantastic service near the pool. They worked so hard in the sun! the lifeguard thanu and asanka princely also. overall, i enjoyed the wonderful hospitality!

The only slight issue i noticed was that the room seemed to have lost a bit of its initial shine. It still was clean though.

The service team offered quick assistance when i needed help with my luggage. They were very efficient. staff members at the reception were always ready to answer questions and provide directions. their responsiveness added to the experience.

The hotel offers easy access to the beach, only a few steps away from the lobby. It was so convenient! there are several shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. this accessibility made exploring so simple and enjoyable.

The hotel features a lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. I was always able to find a spot. the gym is well-equipped with treadmills, bikes, and weights, so i did not miss my work outs. it was easy to stay active!

The beautiful king room palace view featured a comfortable king-sized bed with soft linens. I slept so well! the bathroom included two separate sinks and a spacious rainfall shower. the view from the room overlooked the palace.

I stayed in a Beautiful King Room Palace View. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The Artisan Restaurant had a wide selection of cuisine including Arabic salads and Indian specialties.
