The staff was very attentive. The food was AMAZING!!! It had an excellent variety. Every meal was fresh and flavorful.

My first room was next to a very noisy building site. I woke up at 7:00 am because of it. I asked to move and the new room was better. I also did not like there being no alcohol at the hotel.

The staff offered attentive service from arrival. They surprised us with decorated bed and sweets upon learning of our anniversary. Timothy at the front desk made our check-in smooth. He provided helpful answers and warm greetings, exceeding expectations.

My room overlooked a building site which detracted from the sea view. It was especially noticeable around 7:00 am.

Relaxing Stay with Excellent Service

kind service attentive service helpful staff

deepak from f&b at vibes restaurant was very kind. he gave us excellent service. he always came back to check on our food and if we needed anything , even when the dining area was busy. i appreciated the attentive service i received throughout my stay. the front desk staff exchanged large notes for us with no issues.

Wonderful and Relaxing Stay

The room was spacious and included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Daily housekeeping kept everything super clean and provided fresh towels each day. I found the hotel staff attentive. They addressed requests quickly (I needed an adapter and it was delivered in minutes). The Vibes restaurant had excellent service. Staff always checked if we needed anything, even when busy.

The gym had a limited number of machines.

the hotel staff was helpful. our room was very comfortable and cleaned thoroughly each day. the pool was fantastic and the beach facilities were perfect.

the hotel has stray cats they don't care for. i tried to help them but nobody cared about these animals.
