The staff was very helpful. The food was AMAZING!!! It had an excellent variety. Every meal was fresh and flavorful.

My first room was next to a very noisy building site. I woke up at 7:00 am because of it. I asked to move and the new room was better. I also did not like there being no alcohol at the hotel.

The staff offered attentive service from arrival. They surprised us with decorated bed and sweets upon learning of our anniversary. Timothy at the front desk made our check-in smooth. He provided helpful answers and warm greetings, exceeding expectations.

My room overlooked a building site which detracted from the sea view. It was especially noticeable around 7:00 am.

The room was spacious and included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Daily housekeeping kept everything super clean and provided fresh towels each day. I found the hotel staff attentive. They addressed requests quickly (I needed an adapter and it was delivered in minutes). The Vibes restaurant had excellent service. Staff always checked if we needed anything, even when busy.

The gym had a limited number of machines.
