The adult lagoon pool offered amazing views. High-quality restaurants gave many choices. Staff.

the breakfast was first class because of its food choice and quality.

I had an issue with payment for an extra night, the manager blocked me and three guards held me even after colleagues agreed to a business invoice. This felt humiliating.

good size quiet location friendly staff

i stayed in a king room and it was great, i loved the size. the location is away from downtown, it made it very quiet. the pools are well kept, the staff is friendly.

the mini fridge in my room wasn't working properly

The hotel grounds are spacious. They are beautifully arranged with separate areas for families. The gym is great. It has a dedicated cardio space and a separate strength training area. Breakfasts were a highlight. There was a wide selection of à la carte options and a high-quality buffet.

The room ac is not that effective. It was set to not go below 20 degrees Celsius. We also ordered burgers. They were not that good tbh. The maze to get to my room was crazy.
