I had an issue with payment for an extra night, the manager blocked me and three guards held me even after colleagues agreed to a business invoice. This felt humiliating.

The room ac is not that effective. It was set to not go below 20 degrees Celsius. We also ordered burgers. They were not that good tbh. The maze to get to my room was crazy.
