decent stay but some issues surfaced

unhelpful staff luggage handling

i noticed some issues with the staff, they were quite unhelpful and treated customers differently. the reception gave incorrect breakfast timings. at breakfast i seemed like i had to ask several times for coffee. when we wanted to leave our luggage after checking out, it wasn't handled properly causing further delays and taxi waiting charges.

service inconsistencies detracted from the experience

damaged perspex uninterested staff

my stay had some issues , i was looking forward to it , but things didn't go as planned. also , the breakfast , while varied , lacked smoked salmon , a standard option i expected. perspex food covers for room service had damage , and the pictures of the room service dishes in the menu did not match the food , it was a misleading description.

great hospitality smooth departure special gift attentive service

the resort offered great hospitality. subash was cute and professional. yasar gave attentive service during dining. masud ensured a smooth departure. i received a personal gift bag . it felt very special.

Their voucher system was confusing, with differing interpretations among staff. It became difficult to use the daily credit. this aspect was quite disappointing!

Al hadeerah's dinner was tremendous. the buffet was very abwechslungsreich. it had many cooking stations. there were local cuisine options. the breakfast was top. Everything was fresh and very tasty, but i wanted more asian options

The hotel offered a relaxing desert setting away from the city crowds. it offers calm and erholaung, the resort has a great desert location. it is a little piece of paradise close to the city. The location is aesthetically pleasing.
