The staff were very helpful! Leah and Echa were most helpful and the room was unlike anything I have seen. The pool was divine. Its location could not be better.
My first room was on the ground level. It was very dark and there was literally no sunshine. It had a little smell. There is no lift. The room got much better after I switched to the higher floor.

heavy smellbeetle discovery
My room, located two levels down from the lobby, had a heavy, humid smell. i requested a dehumidifier to improve the air quality. additionally, i discovered a worm on the bed. When the staff changed the bedsheets, a beetle was found under the mattress protector. this was quite unsettling.

Average stay with some disappointments

dim roommusty odor
My stay wasn't entirely satisfactory. The initial room I received was not excellent. It felt quite dim and lacked natural light. I also noticed a slight musty odor, unpleasant. Switching rooms helped, but the first impression was disappointing. The hotel really needs to address these issues to improve guest satisfaction (especially for the price).
