really good experience

It was my second visit, and the high standards remain. the children appreciated the little extras like kid-sized sandals. i found the array of choices at breakfast in gastronomy excellent. the nobu pool staff provided quick and attentive service. The beach was pristine, and the sea was good on my visit.

I noticed that one of the lobby restaurants had a minimum spend requirement. That felt a bit off-putting after already dining at one of the hotel's pricy restaurants.

The gym offered a comprehensive setup with treadmills and various weight machines. the pool area included several distinct pools, each catering to different preferences. Some pools were more lively, others more quiet. complimentary access to the nearby water parks was a great perk for families.

The location provided easy access to various attractions, especially with the nearby monorail. its proximity to the water park made it very convenient. The sea view from the room was magnificent. this placed many entertainment options within easy reach.

The seascape king room was spacious. It had a shower and a separate bathtub. a big television allowed me to connect my phone. we loved the golden bathroom sets, they were very beautiful.

The breakfast lacked variety. I missed a personal touch from the staff, everything seemed standard.

The breakfast WAS divine. The Gastronomy restaurant had so many stations with different types of food. It was hard to choose. The room included lounge access. A GREAT perk. I could get unlimited drinks and light bites during the day.

The service felt subpar . There was no priority or special section for sunbeds at Nobu. The front desk seemed untrained and stressed me upon arrival. I had a digital copy of my ID. It seemed to be a problem.

This hotel provides world class amenities. I did appreciate multiple pools available. The spa facilities provided are great and relaxing. I loved the comfort i found in the room, also its cleanliness .

i did notice some inconvenience with pool bookings. I find it a little challenging getting a spot, despite plenty of empty benches visible.

The rooms features luxurious linens. The bathroom includes two separate sinks. I also found a rainfall shower, a great addition for relaxation after a long day exploring the premises.

The room was spacious and well kept. I found the sea view from my room to be quite nice. Breakfast at Gastronomy offered various choices. The food was AMAZING!!!

The check-in process took too long. My room was not available until after the stated check-in time. I found the staff sometimes seemed overwhelmed, possibly due to the hotel's size.

The pools were great. Access to the waterpark was very nice too. The room had a amazing view. Breakfast and dinner were extraordinary too.

The service was slow. My departure was delayed because of this slow service. The security deposit has not been returned yet. The sink in the room had a problem, so we had to use one sink.

The room had an amazing view of Jumeirah from the balcony, I loved it.

The service was quite slow, I almost missed my work because of it. The safety deposit amount has not been returned yet. The sink in the room had problems with water flow. We had to use only one sink.
