Underwhelming experience. Needs improvement
check-in process outdated technology
I found the standards lacking for what is considered a top-tier hotel. the check-in process felt disorganized. I was not clearly informed about the included amenities, such as access to wild wadi. additionally, the suite showed signs of wear. The technology felt outdated and not up to par with similar establishments. overall, these issues detracted from what should have been a seamless and luxurious stay.

a golden escape
attentive staff fine views fun day
the staff was attentive and anticipated every need. our duplex sky one-bedroom suite provided fine views and luxurious comfort. access to wild wadi waterpark offered a fun day out and we felt pampered by hermès amenities.
the tv in our suite could use an upgrade to a smart version, similar to what i have seen in other hotels.

underwhelming stay, details missed
rude staff demanding check-in
the pool service and attendants were excellent, it felt acceptable.
i was shocked by the rude welcome staff. i was scolded for taking a photo of my toddler in the lobby with what they assumed was a 'professional' camera. it felt demanding and unwelcoming.

excellent service friendly attitude magical stay old carpet rundown sofas outdated hotel
The staff offered excellent service! My brother, my wife, his wife and I stayed here. Thomas, our butler on the 10th floor, showed very nice professionalism. He had a friendly and happy attitude. He. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
When we arrived, no one offered us a welcome drink. Other guests received one right away during our checkout. Our suite smelled like old carpet. I realized the hotel is too old now. The carpets and sofas look rundown.
