charming escape

the manager called me before my stay to ensure my room would be ready. the check in was fast and efficient i must say. the staff at the kids club are friendly and caring it seems. breakfast had a great variety of food with coffee to go, such a lovely touch.
Housekeeping missed some details. I found only one water glass with two wine glasses. smoking area rules felt inconsistent at times it seemed. burgers took 45 minutes at the sultans lounge though.

I loved that the half board option included dinner at the japanese restaurant. The food and service were perfect. breakfast offered a perfect variety. The takeaway coffee was convenient! the pool staff were quick and helpful.

the manager greeted me in the lobby, showing attention to detail from arrival. the kids club staff were very caring, keeping the little ones entertained! the pool staff responded quickly, attending to everyone's needs.

the rooms were spacious and very clean, i was thrilled about it. i appreciate that the hotel offers half board. i found the breakfast had a great selection! i enjoyed the convenience of poolside service.

the lighting in the room was decent, i guess.
The service, though, felt stretched. It's like they're trying, but clearly understaffed. i spotted a used tissue outside our room one night and twelve hours later? still there! the limited sun bed availability, especially with a chunk of the beach reserved for 'paid for' beds, reminded me of a low blow.
