The hotel offered a convenient shuttle from the car park. Our room included separate bath and shower facilities plus quality toiletries. We loved the breakfast.. especially the fresh pastries. The grounds are lovely and provide space for relaxed walks.

super clean room forest walks professional staff buffet breakfast
The super clean room included convenient mod cons. The forest walks to the lake offered fine scenery. I found the welcome warm and professional from every staff member. I enjoyed the amazing food choices in the restaurants (the buffet breakfast had great options!).

garlic butter slow service
the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options.
the service in the bar was slow. a staff member ignored me for twenty minutes even though it was not busy. i ordered a steak sandwich, i specifically asked for it without butter, but it was smothered in garlic butter. the steak was overcooked.

george met us at the car park and told us everything about the estate. linda at reception was attentive. danielle and shauna delivered our luggage to our room, a nice touch. i could pre-book dinner and breakfast easily.
i noticed that there was no fridge in the room, which would have been helpful.

fantastic stay, great food!
modern facilities massage jets cute staff
i found the staff cute and professional. the spa is fantastic and i particularly enjoyed the water mint thermal suite, it had modern spacious facilities. i used the indoor pool with water massage jets, it was really relaxing and nice.
The bar menu was a little limited. I wished there were more options.

excellent stay at a relaxing retreat
great service peaceful atmosphere
the hotel food was excellent throughout my visit. corey, mariana, and the staff were great too ensure everything was perfect (i felt so welcomed). the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere began.
i found the car park about 300 metres from the hotel a bit inconvenient. i had to use a shuttle bus for the ride to the hotel. the taxi seats were ripped, and it did not sound too good.
