underwhelming stay
unbusy not busy pool not working broken heated towel rail
The pool and gym were not too busy. This was acceptable.
The heated towel rail in my room did not work, so i could not dry my shorts after using the sauna and steam room. It was inconvenient.

An Okay Stay
The room was large and had everything I needed.
The spa treatment schedule created problems because of limited availability, forcing us to split our treatments. It was like they prioritized other bookings over prepaid slots. I also found chairs in the bar damp and I think that is unacceptable.

non-functional wifi exorbitant tray charge
The staff seemed professional and were helpful. A rare find these days.
The wifi barely worked in the room. Streaming anything was a joke. i attempted to order room service. No one answered so i walked to reception. when the food arrived alongside an £8 tray charge. The steak resembled shoe leather. There were no sauces. And the wine they brought had someone's lipstick smeared on the glass.
