overpriced and underwhelming , sadly
broken thermostat bed crumbs
the location offered convenient access to the nearby roe valley country park.
the room thermostat did not work, trapping the room at a balmy 25 degrees. i also spotted some hairs and crumbs in one of the beds , nice. breakfast was acceptable i suppose , but it hardly made up for the other issues i faced.

Excellent Family Stay
outdoor facilities helpful staff super clean room
The outdoor play facilities were a hit with the kids including bouncy castles and a park in the middle of everything. I found the staff throughout the hotel friendly and helpful. They quickly addressed any questions I had. The hotel's cleanliness was very excellent. My room was super clean. I also got three tokens each night for the kids to use on the attractions.
The showers in the changing room sometimes ran very hot , made it difficult to adjust the temperature safely for my kids.

The hotel staff were very attentive and quick to respond to requests. They maintained a cheerful attitude. Servers were diligent in confirming ingredients with the chef to accommodate my dietary needs.

Breakfast offered a range of food choices. The server proactively checked with the chef regarding gluten-free options for me. I especially enjoyed Fratelli. Their food tasted lovely and the service was quick.

I enjoyed the staff. They were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a very good range of food choices. The hotel was clean.
The room lacked a fridge. the showers in the changing room ran very hot at times. This made it difficult to adjust the temperature.

The staff were friendly. my kids enjoyed the mini 4x4 car rides a LOT. Fratelli's restaurant was a highlight. My children loved making their own pizzas.

The rooms were large! I had a second bed, SO COOL. The views of the golf course were fantastic. The setting is gorgeous with the beach and mountains nearby.

hot room dire offering
the hotel was clean and parking was easy.
The room was far too hot, even after i adjusted the thermostat. there was only one tea sachet, one coffee sachet, and one biscuit. This was a dire offering. breakfast felt chaotic and noisy, like a low-grade all-inclusive experience.
