fantastic stay
modern gym leisurely swim friendly staff excellent job
I loved using the modern gym. It has been recently refurbished and is very clean! the pool felt amazing for a leisurely swim. the staff everywhere acted friendly, in the bars, restaurant, reception, and health club. i would like to thank them, because they really did an excellent job!

the standard double room includes tea making facilities and toiletries. the shower worked perfectly, and i had a very quiet night. the bed was very large and very comfortable.

i experienced great service in the restaurant, specifically at the buffet breakfast. the staff was lovely, friendly, and helpful with every request. all areas were well kept and clean, so it felt relaxing for my stay.

the hotel provides a good base to visit various attractions. blists hill victorian town is within walking distance from the hotel. its location is very convenient if you want to explore surrounding areas.

our room was a standard twin room. it was basically good. breakfast was excellent with many options and efficient staff. dinner was good too, special deals made it good value.

we stayed in a standard double room for three nights. breakfast was excellent with a good selection of items. the staff were friendly and helpful . car parking was close to the reception with good overnight security cameras in place.
the ladies showers had a smell of urine. the pool seemed heavily over-chlorinated. towels were scratchy. i also found that to be unpleasant.

Excellent Stay
friendly staff comfy beds
i found the staff very friendly and helpful. my room was clean and spacious, with beds comfy. breakfast had plenty of choice, the full english was delicious. i'm planning to return.
the ladies showers smelled of urine and the pool was heavily over-chlorinated. the towels were scratchy and thin. the experience was disappointing for the price paid.

the location is good, with quiet surroundings near local attractions. it is a great location to visit bliss hill victorian village. ample carparking is available, including ev charging stations near the main entrance.

solid stay
attentive staff quick service
the staff at reception and the spa were attentive. service in the restaurant was also quick. the rooms was good. the breakfast had a very good choice.
my room wasnt very clean. the bathroom door and bath had dust on it. the carpet wasnt hoovered very well.
