The reception and waiting staff demonstrated professionalism and accommodation. Food at the Greenroom restaurant was really good. The Oceo spa stood out, providing dark, calming, and clean thermal suites where we relaxed in the sauna and outdoor pool each day.

The noise levels were significant midweek, lasting from 7 pm until about 1:30 am. Sounds of people walking in heels were very audible due to the laminate and wood floors, as there was no carpet.

My room included a spacious layout and effective climate control. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower. Storage was ample with a large wardrobe and several drawers, all in good condition.

The breakfast buffet presented various hot and cold options. The Greenroom restaurant provided a diverse menu for dinner, with many choices. Service was attentive, and special dietary needs were accommodated with advance notice..
