dried spill missing drier

The breakfast was nice. It had a good selection.

The cleanliness really bothered me. Cobwebs were in my room, and I noticed a dried spill on the fridge. one of the lights in the pool wasn't working and the changing room lacked a costume drier. I expect more for what they charge.

missing air conditioning noisy people

the grounds are beautiful and the staff seemed alright (i guess).

The room lacked air conditioning, so sleeping was difficult, especially since there were noisy people right outside the window at all hours. The noise was quite irritating.

parking chaos absent air conditioning

I must say, i found a couple of things less than amusing. firstly, the car park situation was a bit of a joke. Apparently, i was supposed to predict the car rally and strategically park to avoid being blocked. secondly, while the room was clean, the lack of air conditioning was great, not ideal even for a short stay. I nearly melted. i expected more from this supposedly fancy place considering it's not exactly cheap.

mixed feelings about my stay

I needed my baby nearby during the spa visit because i am breastfeeding. Staff showed zero initiative and offered no help finding a suitable spot, we had to ask everything. this lack of care made a difference

free parking climate control high-quality toiletries warm mini-fridge missing tea limited equipment

upon arrival, I was pleased to discover complimentary parking. the room featured individual climate control and a modern television. the bathroom included toiletries that seemed high quality.

the mini-fridge in the room was not very cold and didn't cool drinks adequately. housekeeping missed replenishing tea bags one day. i found the gym equipment limited, particularly the lack of free weights.
