The room was a Traditional Lodge Suite. The space was ample! the view was amazing. The staff was polite and quick to help with any questions. I appreciated the on-site dining options with tasty dishes.
The gym, while well-equipped, felt a little cramped during peak hours. It made exercising a little less comfortable.

I loved the spacious room. It was really well-appointed. The view was Very nice. I found the restaurants on site to be very good. I enjoyed walking along the golf-cart trail. It was scenic and peaceful.
I found a pair of worn flip flops in the wardrobe.

the staff greeted us warmly with genuine hospitality. check-in was smooth and professional i recommend the duck salad. the location is fine, nestled among the lakes with amazing views in every direction.
the spa describes numerous rooms however i asked if we could use these, but they're only for people getting treatments. i asked if we could book a treatment but they were fully booked for the next 4 days. i asked if i could just pay for a treatment so we could use the spa rooms and the answer was no.

The decor throughout the building was very nice. i found the staff to be attentive. the breakfast was also quite nice. There was a good selection available.
i found that some aspects need improvement. the food was no better than at a local pub, though i paid a premium for it. the pasta was unevenly cooked with too much butter and oil.

The reception staff gave a detailed explanation of all the hotel's facilities which i found helpful. The Catalina restaurant served a superb dinner and my family thoroughly enjoyed the meal! The room was clean and the amenities were always replenished. I found the service wonderful from start to finish. It was so nice.
I felt the room temperature wasn't overly warm, though this is VERY minor.

The breakfast buffet offered plenty of selections and it could easily fill you up for the day. I tried room service for breakfast one day. I believe it was the best room service breakfast i have ever had. The food was delicious.
