The room offered great space. Breakfast had many options, a good thing. Location was ideal, close to many attractions.
The lobby toilets were not clean. Wine glasses were not always clean.

healthy choices cute barman amazing pool
the breakfast offered a great selection and healthy choices. christian, the barman, was very cute!!! the staff was always happy and easy to talk to. the pool was amazing!!!

long queue unsanitized kettle
i had coffee in the light house lounge. the service was pleasant and efficient.
Our room wasn't ready at the stated check-in time, so i waited nearly an hour. a very long check-in queue snaked through reception. It was frustrating. our room kettle had food debris stuck to the side. It clearly wasn't sanitized.

Underwhelming stay, some issues
high prices hidden charge
Breakfast tasted good, with a lot of choices.
The food and drinks felt overpriced, and a 10% service charge looked on everything. I didn't know about this charge when buying a drink at the bar. Staff didn't inform me, so I paid without being asked if it was okay.

a wondrous getaway
divine culinary friendly team hot stone massage surprise room
We found pure bliss . the hot stone massage released all tension. culinary experiences were divine and nice. I savored every bite! All team members displayed genuine friendliness. The upgrade to a surprise room was a VERY nice touch!
after a long day, the water pressure in the shower WAS slightly lower than i would have liked.

Our Slieve Beautiful Sea View King room included two separate sinks. it featured a rainfall shower, and a large window offered a beautiful view. All helped to create a serene setting.

the reception staff provided prompt assistance with check-in, answering all questions. restaurant staff demonstrated knowledge of the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations. housekeeping maintained perfect cleanliness.

The grounds boast beautiful landscapes perfect for romantic walks. nearby, are some charming local shops and cafes. the proximity to scenic hiking trails offers opportunities for outdoor adventures. It was very nice!

complimentary upgrade top quality outdated spa basic room
the complimentary upgrade i received with a lovely note and cupcakes from the hotel was a nice surprise! the beds and pillows were top quality. the service was superb.
i found the spa to be a bit outdated. it seemed like it was mainly just a pool with a few basic rooms off it that were not kept in very good condition.
