beautiful gardensintuitive layoutslow drain
the staff greeted me with warm smiles upon arrival.. it really set the tone for the entire stay. my room was spacious and had luxurious touches, like a comfy bed and modern amenities. the hotel also features beautiful gardens, perfect for peaceful walks, and i found the hotel layout very intuitive.
the wardrobe light remained on throughout the night because the door didn't close properly. i think the maintenance could be better because the sink in my room drained slowly. i hope this will be addressed in future stays.

staff were efficent, i see that they were friendly.
the steam room costed extra, i think. we had to pay even though we stayed at the hotel. this, sadly. it was like a cash grab and not a very five-star experience to me, the flimsy towels, extra fee for steam room
