Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Guests consistently praise the Galgorm's exceptional breakfast, with amazing choices catering to every taste. Many find the Thermal Village to be the best spa experience they've had, and some particularly enjoyed the private hot tub experience with prosecco. Some visitors found the thermal spa quite busy, but others appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of accommodations like the Oaks Residence, complete with a sauna, hot tub, multiple living rooms and ensuite bedrooms, or the unique Forest Den glamping option with its riverside hot tub. Dining options are varied, from Gillies' breakfast to Fratellis' Italian cuisine.

Underwhelming experience. Service gaps and overcrowding issues.

overcrowded sparude staff
The spa was far too crowded. it was hard to relax. Many people seemed to prioritize drinking over enjoying the facilities quietly. i also found the staff less friendly than in the past. the person who took my room service order was rude. The food was also disappointing.
