The breakfast buffet was extensive with many options. The staff provided excellent service. The hotel shuttle was readily available. I did not need to use the stairs. I stored my luggage after check-out and used the lounge before my evening flight.
The resort has many steps and might not suit guests with mobility issues.

the breakfast was really good!!! the staff was friendly and helpful. i cannot complain.
i found the lack of soundproofing in the room rather irritating. my neighbors were loud, and despite my complaints, nothing changed. also, the spa prices were exorbitant. they charged 6 times more than spas outside the resort with no justification at all.

The breakfast had many options. I appreciated that the pools were cleaned every morning. The staff answered any questions quickly, which i valued.
The room felt old. I thought the main shower was small. The hotel felt far from the main area of the beach.
