the pools were clean. i observed many sun loungers with shaded sections, perfect for relaxation! i found the beach access very convenient. catching the sunset from there became a cherished memory. the staff was always quick and always helpful.

i encountered a slow check-in process. i waited longer than expected despite arriving during a seemingly quiet period. it was somewhat frustrating after a long journey. i expected a smoother start to my stay.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. jeffrey at the beach bar was particularly kind. shidi made some delicious cocktails for us. the pools and beach area were beautiful, an easy stroll to nearby bars and restaurants.

the lack of automatic email receipts caused a small inconvenience when i wanted to claim expenses.
