various choices delicious breakfast connecting door noise problems

The breakfast options were amazing. I especially appreciated the variety of choices available and it was delicious. Tony helped sort out my friend's luggage. She left it behind and I am so grateful. His effort was really appreciated.

Our bedroom had a connecting door, and we had issues with noise from the adjacent room at 4 a.m. The staff knew about this issue and moved us to another room. The first or replacement room had no view. The balcony faced an outer wall, and the room was dark.

Wonderful Rose Ceremony and Excellent Service

We especially thank Juni at the front reception for creating a beautiful rose ceremony in our room. Noodang in the restaurant and housekeeping showed great care. Tony accommodated us well for a small inconvenience. I loved my stay and would come back. The modern hotel impressed me, and I found the facilities excellent.

Our room was beautiful and always hygienic, thanks to Mon and Rose. They cleaned the room daily and created towel art! I found the room had two separate sinks. The rainfall shower was a great feature.

Excellent Stay Experience

The breakfast buffet offered a large food variety. I especially liked the Thai options. The Malika Sky Bar had very nice views for dinner and quick service. I found the pool bar staff fabulous and the spa to be world class. The views from the rooftop bar are amazing.

During check-in, my room was not ready until 5:30 PM. Housekeeping cleaned my room at a different time each day.

Excellent facilities and service

superb breakfast good service

The hotel includes nice pools and a gym. Breakfast had ample space and a superb range of choices. I found room service quite good. Two oil treatments really helped me relax. The rooms had a beautiful view and the location worked well. I experienced very good service and the rooms were big.

My room seemed a bit dark. It also needed maintenance. The housekeeper was very nice, though.

the staff welcomed me with refreshing coconut juice. i found the gym impeccably clean and well maintained. the breakfast buffet had many options (i liked the pad thai). i used the convenient shuttle service to jungceylon often.

there was some road noise noticeable at night.

The room overlooked a busy road, so balcony time was not enjoyable. Electrical cables were also in view.
