I enjoyed my stay. The staff were really attentive. communication from the front desk was good. i received an upgrade to a fantastic room, and the view was amazing. the breakfast buffet offered much choice. dinner at the italian restaurant was also a good experience. facial treatments in the spa were relaxing.
i noticed some buildings with graffiti near the roadside. it didn't completely spoil my holiday, but was something i picked up on. maybe some could benefit from a little sprucing up.

the hotel features a well-equipped gym with treadmills and stationary bikes. there is also a spa offering various treatments, pilates classes are available. the pool area includes loungers and shaded sections, this is useful for relaxation and sun protection.
