customer service highest level superb restaurant
the staff offered really good customer service. concierge and reception gave the highest level of care. the rooms and restaurants were superb (i especially enjoyed the market grill).

comfortable sunbeds daily service
the hotel offered a great buffet breakfast with many choices. the rooms were serviced daily to a high standard and kept immaculate. the sun beds by the pool were very comfortable. a pool area system prevented early reservation of sunbeds.

the pool area was well-designed, minimizing wind exposure, and included ample loungers. the grounds featured pools, restaurants, and bars, all well kept. the beach was easily accessible from the hotel.

It had a bath and a rainforest shower. I enjoyed the fine view of the ocean off the balcony and a view of the pool out the bedroom door. The pool area was fine!

attentive staff fantastic room breakfast buffet spa treatments
I enjoyed my stay. The staff were really attentive. communication from the front desk was good. i received an upgrade to a fantastic room, and the view was amazing. the breakfast buffet offered much choice. dinner at the italian restaurant was also a good experience. facial treatments in the spa were relaxing.
i noticed some buildings with graffiti near the roadside. it didn't completely spoil my holiday, but was something i picked up on. maybe some could benefit from a little sprucing up.

the hotel features a well-equipped gym with treadmills and stationary bikes. there is also a spa offering various treatments, pilates classes are available. the pool area includes loungers and shaded sections, this is useful for relaxation and sun protection.
