class hospitality nice evening secluded location
i appreciate the staff for world class hospitality. all restaurants can deliver a nice evening. the location was secluded. villa rooms are good for a special occasion, , made me grateful.
the hotel is a distance from other places. you need a car for any travel. it can be difficult if you don't like to drive much, but overall is not a big deal.

verona, verde mar, el mirador are a must for dinner. the service was at the highest level, it was good. every meal was excellent and i enjoy the quality of food and service.

the room was cleaned two times per day. it was immaculate and i loved how it was maintained. everything inside my room was nice and tidy all the time, it made me grateful.

weak wifi signal inaccurate hours
the staff was attentive. breakfast had good quality options.
The wifi signal was weak. I could barely load a webpage. the advertised summer hours at one of the pools weren't accurate as they closed much earlier than posted. this was frustrating after walking all the way over there.

Really good Tenerife Stay
organized transportation comfortable bed quiet pool
My stay included transportation organized by the concierge. Upon arrival, check-in was smooth. Our room featured a comfortable bed plus diptyque amenities. I recommend the Retreat for a more intimate experience. The pools were quiet and very relaxing.
The train offered transportation to the private beach, though the last train back runs early. This. An extended schedule would prove beneficial.

The room was spacious. it had a comfortable bed, and the air conditioning worked WELL. Housekeeping provided excellent service and kept the room looked super fresh each day. They always stocked towels.

really good experience.
amazing grounds really good service fine food
the hotel boasts amazing grounds that extend from the golf course to the sea. the staff provided really good service paying attention to every detail. the food was fine including the michelin-starred restaurant. i particularly loved the convenience of sunscreen being readily available at each pool. it made packing so much easier for me.
The funicular wasn't running. It caused a slight inconvenience for beach access.
