the food was repetitive and did not cater to those with gluten allergies , , made dining difficult. the entertainment was advertised , but the activities were not carried out. i also had to pay to use table tennis bats , which was unexpected.

I found the staff consistently willing to assist guests. Their friendly demeanor enhanced my visit. The room I had was spacious (I really appreciated the extra space). Housekeeping maintained excellent cleanliness standards throughout my stay. I was impressed with the wide array of food options, and I didn't face any difficulties in finding dishes to enjoy.

The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle bus service into the town. Its location provides a peaceful atmosphere (which I found very relaxing). The nearby Atlas Mountains add to the picturesque scenery.

The hotel has recently upgraded the pool area, and the seating in the bar, restaurant and lobby is excellent. There are lovely shaded areas around the pool with comfortable lounge seating, and plenty of sunbeds are available, so finding a spot was never an issue.
