i found the check-in process quick and efficient, a great start to my stay. the resort offered a variety of dining options, all of which i enjoyed (the sushi was a hit!). the staff was friendly and always ready to help. i liked the easily accessible marina, a short walk for more exploring.

The gym equipment could use a little updating. Some machines felt a bit worn.

I enjoyed the delicious food at Portofinos restaurant. The employees were friendly and cute. I visited a local market only a 10-minute walk away on their recommendation. The hotel also provided lots of space to relax in peace and quiet.

i appreciated the quick and easy check-in. walter was friendly and gave us a helpful overview of the hotel and services. the staff maintained the hotel very clean, including both indoor and outdoor areas. the pina coladas at the pool bar were great (the team was very quick to make them!).

my room overlooked trees and black ash, quite depressing. the balcony was also very small. lukewarm coffee jugs were available at breakfast. bacon was difficult to cut because it was so hard.

on arrival, there was no one to fix the safe, so we had to carry valuables to dinner. the coffee machine was full of dust, requiring disassembly and cleaning. the breakfast buffet seemed like a school canteen, offering raw eggs and deep-fried bacon.
