food variety inexperienced staff

The food variety and quality need improvement, it was not what I expected. Staff seemed inexperienced. Some did not know locations of basic facilities. Some amenities were closed. The kids' pool was one example. It was disappointing that I could not have friends visit me at the café. It was like the hotel catered to some guests over others. I expected more personalized service. My room's air conditioning did not function. I reported it, but it was never fixed. The hotel advertises services they cannot provide.

a rather average stay, i suppose

the food left something to be desired, quite a lot actually. the buffet seemed to recycle the same lukewarm dishes daily, not exactly a culinary adventure. securing a reservation seemed like winning the lottery, a frustrating experience to say the least.

charmed by my stay

super garden excellent staff room service

I found the hotel village very nice, with everything in good condition. The garden was super and clean all over the resort. the staff members were excellent and very service oriented. i booked one of the restaurants around the resort, using the hyatt app. this app provided all kinds of information like room service, cleaning, and activities. It.

The check-in process was not smooth and the app needed to make reservations did not load. dinner reservations are required at certain restaurants. The only availability the night of arrival was late. several other guests i met said the same thing. They made back up reservations. fruit in the room or in gathering areas would have been nice.

The food at the breakfast buffet was very good, with loads of options to choose from. The hotel provides a handy app where you can book different dining experiences. there were varied menu choices! i liked the seafood skewers at the beachfront restaurant.

All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. I was taken to the preferred club reception where there were refreshments. staff was dedicated to making sure i had a lovely time. I appreciated this dedication.
