the staff was friendly! they constantly refilled our drinks in the evening, a first for me at an all-inclusive resort. the cleanliness and upkeep of both the accommodation and resort were excellent. i found the gym classes and equipment good with a fine selection.
check-in took almost an hour. this was due to the manager training someone new and only one ipad being available.

the hotel is accessible for people with disabilities and it has beautiful landscaping with golf courses around it. the hotel also has its own mini market and laundry facilities making my stay more convenient.

the staff was very attentive and the resort offers private taxi or tour bookings which are very convenient. there is an entertainment programme every day including daytime and evening activities like a foam party in the pool.

Fantastic Villa Getaway!

I found the villa spacious! It was very clean. The private little garden at the back was a fantastic surprise. It was great to have my own kitchen. I made lunch in it every day. The breakfast buffet had fresh croissants, orange juice, and delicious omelettes.
I felt that branded beer should have been available on the all-inclusive package. It was not. I would have appreciated it after a round of golf.

There are two swimming pools available, including one with heating, and I found this perfect for swimming regardless of the weather. I also enjoyed the daily entertainment programwith daytime activities and evening shows. A heated private pool was available too.

The hotel grounds have lots of flowers and plants. There are two swimming pools and one of them has heating. I liked that there was a mini market and laundry facilities available. Our One-Bedroom Villa had its own kitchen, and I found everything I needed for cooking. Awesome!
The breakfast selection seemed small. I really wanted poached eggs but there were only fried and omelettes. There was not a lot of fresh fruit available. I think the coffee machines kept breaking, very annoying.

I stayed in a spacious apartment with a nice kitchen and garden. The kitchen included utensils and everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast offered amazing variety! Plenty of deck chairs surrounded the pool, with a masseuse giving a good massage.

The common area gardens are beautifully stocked and have several quiet restful areas. Guests can find a lovely pool area and various children's activities. There is also a well-equipped gym and an on-site spa for a range of treatments.

I enjoyed the spacious apartment. It included a nice little kitchen and garden. The kitchen had utensils and everything I needed. The majority of the staff were very nice. The receptionists were very informative and ordered a taxi every time I asked.
The food at breakfast did not fully meet my expectations. Cappuccino tasted like bad machine coffee. There was a lot of sugary and artificial food. The room and technical installation seemed past their first life cycle. The balcony doors did not close properly and there were many worn edges.
